Welcome and thanks for posting. If you haven't already done so, you should register for the web self care portal to manage your HughesNet Voice features. Instructions for that starts on page 30 of this guide: http://voice.hughesnet.com/installguide/
In addition to managing your voicemail from the web self care portal, you can do by phone; instructions on how to do that starts on page 45.
