Satellite not working? Updates?

Tech support called and eventually told me that (I'm quoting so that these are NOT my words) "the satellite in San Diego is having problems. Engineers are working on this." No place where one can check on progress or resolution, I was told. I'm on beam 68. Thanks

The satellite is in space, so I imagine they  meant the ground station in SD.  You can check your beam ID here: http://192.168.0.1/#!/home/information

I wish there were a system updates page. That'd be very helpful.

EDIT: If you can get to the community site, you can check information about your system by going here: https://my.hughesnet.com/en/overview
