If there was a large scale outage, the customer service reps that work on this site would have posted about it by now. What is the status of your modem when viewing http://192.168.0.1 ? Have you tried calling tech support for troubleshooting?
Are you able to get online now? You may need to reset your modem. We did have a 3 hour degradation for your beam which should have been resolved shortly after you posted here. Please let us know.
