I have been a member at Royal Games since 2002. Once I got HughesNet online I was unable to sign in to play the games. It stated that "sign in not allowed from this IP address". I've never encountered this problem before. How do I fix this?

I see it's your first post here, so welcome to the community! Do you get that error on different browser/devices? Does it persist even if you try a different internet connection, e.g. using cellular instead of wifi?
If the error only pops up when you're connected via the HughesNet connection, fortunately, you aren't tied to that on IP address forever; we use dynamic IPs. You can try rebooting your router in hopes of getting another IP address assigned, and trying to sign in again.

I don't have a cellular device to use. I did try on another laptop in the home and got the same message. I am going to disconnect my router tonight and reboot in the morning. Hopefully that will work. I will let you know.
