This my 3rd bill .. and. talk to tec twice ..with no help ...if you cant provide this service ..I will find elsewhere .... not paying for NOUTHING ..

You may want to provide some details as to what the issues are that you're experiencing. 

 

EDIT: if you have spoken to people over the phone, the official HN reps on this site may be able to read the case notes, if there are any. Still, it would help if you elaborated.

It's been a month since you first posted your three word blurbs.  You likely could have gotten help by now had you explained the problem.
