Speed drop in the last month. 1100 modem, beam 34. Speeds have dropped from 5 digits download to as low a 1 meg. Haven't seen decent download or upload speeds in over a month. It used to be great. All diagnostics on the modem check OK. Signal strength is always the same.

Just not sure if you your using others as well. These are certainly low for your plan, however if you don't mind heading over to www.testmy.net and also running some that would be great. Run a batch of tests throughout the day. Some morning, afternoon, and night. Use 12 MB manual test size for download and 2 MB manual test size for upload tests. I'll be adding token bandwidth to your account to make up for the data that will be used. Also one computer connected via Ethernet is key as well.
I do not see anything reported recently about your Beam or Gateway. However I am noticing other defining factors in the diagnostics I have run today. In conjunction with your speed test results(if they continue to be low) we can definitely make a case for our engineers to take a look. Hope to hear from you soon.
