Speeds slow again

Well they fixed my App Store problem. Now my speeds are slow on everything in the afternoon. Just did speed test and it's around 700 Kbps to 1.0mbps. I've had this problem before and the engineers did something to fix it. It all started when they were fixing the App Store. Can you please check on this. Thanks

Speeds seem to be better as of tonight. We will see if it continues
