I’m getting state code 22.1.1 and it’s also saying I need to reinstall what do I need to do to get it running again?
I would call the customer service number, 866-347-3292 for that. Seems something needs to be installed or re-installed.
I had that code and zero connection last week.
Turns out that heavy clumps of snow falling from trees near my satellite dish had knocked it off its aim. I figured that is what might have happened, and watching my system control center "system status" screen I knocked it back into place, until it showed as connected and receiving again.
I am not sure if I am getting optimum signal or not, but at least I am now able to come online to find out what I should know.
That was a pretty reckless thing to do. The dish should only be repointed by a tech, not "knocked back into place." Hopefully the OP will get a tech.
