Still no system light

Ive rebooted, plugged and unplugged, called and was told its an outage... after another day, nothing. I guess I still get billed too

Yes, you still get billed. This is just like the power company; you get billed by them too even if there's an outage, and unlike Hughesnet, they rarely if ever give you any credits. Hughesnet has been known to give people tokens or other credit when there's an outage. 


In any case, the Hughesnet staff on this site are on M-F, 9-5.  They will likely check your account next week.
