Thank you for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this. I recommend power cycling the modem by unplugging it from the wall or power strip for 30 seconds. Then wait 2 mins once you power it back on. If things improve please let me know. If not, I will make some adjustments to the modem remotely that should help. -Damian
If you can, you should remove the SAN from the picture. Your SAN should never be posted in public. You can edit your post by clicking on the three vertical dots to the upper right of the message body, then either remove the picture and replace it with one on which the SAN has been erased or covered over, or just remove the picture altogether, as Damian probably doesn't need it at this point.
