System down
My internet went down 2-3 hours ago. I'm not sure of the cause, but I've unplugged and plugged the modem several times now. Nothing.

On the status page, next to "Software Download Status" it says "Updating..." What does that mean?

I was told by customer service around 10 this morning that there is a weather related issue with a satellite. Ours has been out since around 7:30 am.
