Did it work at all after they installed it?
Are you connected directly to the HughesNet modem with an Ethernet cable or are you connected via WiFi?
Are you able to get to the following page? http://192.168.0.1/#!/home/status
If so, does it show anything for a State Code at the top of the System Summary box? If so, what is the code?
