Tech support promised a call back

I was promised a call back from my escalated Gen 5 problems. Poor speeds, Horribly slow. 16 mbps down, but 0.180 upload. Been this way for 7 days and 5 tech calls, each an hour, plus 1 tech Call to my home. All came to the conclusion the issue is on the HughesNet side of things.

Stilll waiting to here from tech support supervisor about the solution.
