Throttled speed is really slow!!

We were told that the speed was going to be 3mbps when we finished our data.... We are getting only as high .50mbps.... we were told we could stream video and all that, but it doesn’t even load web pages. We called the customer support, and all they did was apply tokens, and didn’t even fix the problem. We need the internet for school and work, and it’s the only ISP available, and we need a fix!

Really should do whatever you can to not exceed monthly allowance and go into FAP mode.
