Time is 2:30 am; System Control Center says Regular Period ends in 6 hours

The last few days we've been going into our bonus period at 3:00 am instead of 2:00.  If the current timer is correct the bonus period wont be until 8:30.am.  What's going on?

edit: @ 3:00 the bonus period started   idk??

Re: Time is 2:30 am; System Control Center says Regular Period ends in 6 hours

Good morning Jon,

Welcome and thanks for posting. I suspect this has to do with the daylight savings time change. Please post the serial number located on the bottom of your modem so we can pull up your account.

Your cooperation, patience, and understanding are much appreciated.

Thanks,
Liz

Re: Time is 2:30 am; System Control Center says Regular Period ends in 6 hours

Hello Jon & goonybird,

Although all HN9000, HT1000, and HT1100 customers should have kept their Bonus or Download Zone period in their local time zone, a configuration error caused some HN9000 modems to forget to set their clocks forward as part of the weekend's Daylight Saving Time change. As a result, they accidentally slept in and their period was delayed by an hour. This has been corrected and we apologize for the mix-up. If for any reason you are still experiencing this please let us know.

Thanks,
Chris
