|State Code||2.1.1 -- An outdoor unit problem has occurred|
This problem occured about a week ago but went away after rebooting everything. I have checked the coaxial cable from the modem to the dish and all connections are tight clean and dry.
Don't know if it's a fault with the modem or possibly the radio on the dish. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The reps will likely want to run remote diagnostics on your equipment, though they may need some information from you via private message in order to locate your account before doing so. They'll provide a link for that private message.
