Mail from my hughsnet account to my wife's is vanishing without a trace. Both of us are able to send/receive email normally -- just brom my account to hers, and vice-versa. I've verified this sending from the hughsnet mail client, but as it does not provide a log, here's a log from my laptop.

For the sake of clairity, is your wife's email also HughesNet? I ask this because there is a known issue some are experiencing with HughesNet's email and other providers...

The reps are on M-F from approximately 9AM to 6PM EST, though Damian is sometimes on during the evenings. They usually reply within a day, but with tomorrow being Friday there is the possibility that you won't hear from one until Monday. Still, hopefully you'll hear from one tomorrow.
Fellow subscribers who are knowledgeable about email may also reply with some ideas. Unfortunately, when it comes to email, that's not me.
Thank you for contacting us. Have you experienced this specific issue in the past and when did it start taking place? We are experiencing an issue where HughesNet email addresses are being blacklisted by other email providers, and I am still waiting for an update/fix for this. I do not believe this is causing an issue for you specifically since you both are able to email and receive for everyone else. I am going to check our reports for any issues pertinent to the one you are experiencing and will update you on any information I can gather.
