I know there is a thread about a javascript error on the Usage Meter from 2017, but since it has been 3 years I figure starting a new subject is appropriate.
The HughesNet Usage Meter on my MacBook Pro presents an error message when I try to open it. Another error message is given when I try to close the application. It was working fine until approximately April 19, 2020.
I uploaded screen shots of the error messages.
Do I need to get rid of the app and just log in to Hughesnet.com to see my usage info? If yes, please tell me how to uninstall the application.
get this when I try to open Usage Meter
Get this when I try to quit Usage Meter
Restoring the Usage Meter hasn't changed. Follow the instructions for Mac and it should work.
1. Quit the Usage Meter if any of it is running.
2. Go to Users/<your name>/Library/Application Support/ in Finder
3. Delete just the folder named "HughesNet Usage Meter" and empty the trash.
4. Restart the Usage Meter.
