I have always thought that the EchoStar-19-NAD and the Web Acceleration reported a public IP address some where else in the USA than where I am. 97.73.84.xxx appears to be Spring Hill, KS and I'm a Virginia hillbilly.
Google Chrome, The browser I use some of the time, tries to figure out where I am. They seem to think they can track my location.
So in the decision to use a secure VPN app to spoof my location on my office PC, I did not think it was not needed. Encrypting the data is another thing.
