Very Disappointed

Called to have a tech come out and just move my modem to another room, said it would cost me $125!!! Really? Have had service for 2+ yrs, don't even have a pc anymore, just wifi, always pay on time, never late, never called before for services, ridiculous!!! Very disappointed!!! ¡!! 😡

  • The company is not a charity, it is a business and they charge for their services
  • The techs don't work for free, they need to make a living

What problems are you having that you think you need a tech?

Anytime a tech is sent it costs to do so.  The time, mostly, as in travel time and work time, and the cost of materials.  This type of tech visit is for nonessential, non warranty work.  It's a flat fee.  

 

I've had service for nearly 14 years and it would cost me $125, as well.  Again, it's nonessential, non warranty work.
