I am currently trying to set up my voice service and getting error code 004. Also i had it set up the way the booklet said then i spoke to someone who told me to set it up differently.. either way i am getting the error code. I have now been paying for the service for about a month and it isnt even set up. I was also told no one could come set it up for me and the reason i am getting the service is my cell phone does not worm at my home.
We were able to locate your account and see that yesterday one of our chat agents was able to help you get everything hooked up and working. Regarding the billing of your HughesNet Voice, we do not start billing until the service has been activated, so you should not have been charged for the Voice service yet.
