Would Like to Get Out of HughesNet Contract and Have Fees Waived or pay half /Too Expensive and Not Enough Data for just the two of us. Where to return equipment? As with many of the other problems in the "Community", there are only two of us. I work online and cannot do so with this service. The data allowance is too low to even watch a movie. Simply, we would like to cancel our service.
Welcome to our community and thank you for your post. I was able to locate your account and quickly take a look at it. I see you are on our highest plan, Ultra, with 50 GB Anytime and 50 GB Bonus Bytes which is plenty to download or stream movies. I also see you've been a customer since December 2015 but no calls have been made to customer support that I can see.
Can you let me know what you have done so far to troubleshoot the inability to work online or stream on your end? I don't want to double up on what you've already tried.
