Welcome to our community and thank you for your post. I was able to locate your account and quickly take a look at it. I see you are on our highest plan, Ultra, with 50 GB Anytime and 50 GB Bonus Bytes which is plenty to download or stream movies. I also see you've been a customer since December 2015 but no calls have been made to customer support that I can see.
Can you let me know what you have done so far to troubleshoot the inability to work online or stream on your end? I don't want to double up on what you've already tried.
