Why is my upload speed so slow

On my PlayStation 4 connected to HT2000 with Ethernet I get 245kbps upload speed I still have data on my plan why is this so slow

Could be many reasons.  First thing to do is to run the speed tests described here: https://community.hughesnet.com/t5/Tech-Support/Think-you-have-slow-speeds/m-p/110034#M74607

These are required for speed issues to be looked at on this site.
