Just in case you normally don't do so, please be sure to leave your modem plugged in so that the reps can run remote diagnostics on your HughesNet equipment, even if you don't believe they'll be able to connect because of your dish's alignment issue.
If you'd rather not wait for a rep to reply, which they'll likely do sometime later today (Tuesday), you can call 866-347-3292 for tech support. However, if you are able to wait, I'd recommend getting help here, as the reps here are corporate based reps who are, in my opinion, better equipped to help you than the phone reps.
Edit: The reps here are normally on M-F from approximately 8AM to 5PM EST.
