Our engineers are aware of a current issue affecting all Spaceway customers (HN9000, white modem) data displays in the Support Center and are working to resolve it. You may still be able to see historical data if you have the Status Meter installed on a computer in your home. If you don't have it yet, can you download it from the Support Center and let me know if you can or cannot see your usage?
Just wanted to give a quick update that our engineers have already developed a fix for this and it should be going live in the coming couple of weeks. Again I am very sorry it has been such a long time, but we will be getting this fixed as soon as possible. I appreciate your patience.
