I cannot log onto the email system via either Outlook or Macintosh email. All of our accounts are experiencing this problem. Same problem as it always is. It says I need to enter my password. This is a problem in the Hughesnet system.
Somebody please tell me there are tech support people working on this and it will be restored soon. This problem is happening all too frequently.
I need my email.

The email is probably not 'down' since I've not seen this happen in quite a while. More than likely the issue revolves around SSL errors from network congestion and timeouts causing your email clients to only think your login authentication is failing, then asking for you to re-enter your password.
When that happens to me I usually hit cancel and wait an hour or so instead of constantly re-entering it, thinking something new and different will happen. Another option, as was once mentioned to you, is to not rely on this email system and move it to gmail or an equivalent.
Do you happen to have iclould linked with outlook? if you do apples security features will cause the password input issue almost everytime. I had to call apple to get help figuring this out. Once I unsynced icould with outlook email service restored, and I have not had any issues since. I hope you get it sorted out.
