List the number of connected computers/devices and method of connection
What Anti-Virus and Anti-malware software do you have installed?

Proceed by downloading and installing the free version of Malwarebyes:
Install and update the program then run a manual scan and report back the results
Describe what leads you to believe you have network-wide infections?
Describe what leads you to think that device firmware is involved and what you have done so far in that regard.
