I logged into the account to see if something was going on as to why I can't connect anything to the internet and this is on every page...Backend API is not available (error 500.00.004). My payment is not due until 2/22/23. I thought perhaps we went over our plan data, if that is the case, I cannot even purchase tokens because this error message comes up on that page too.
this is the latest message when I do try to purchase tokens.
Have you tried rebooting everything?

I see in our reports that there was something affecting token purchases recently, but has since been resolved yesterday afternoon. If you're still seeing that same error code, please let me know so we can address.
