I cant figure out how to set up voice mail on our home phone

Hi Margaret,

Have you already set up the phone and have it working? Have you already registered on the self care website?

http://voip.selfcare.hughes.com/ 

Register and login. You should see all options for voice mail. I think by default it is turned off. Let me know if you need anymore help.
