I have no dial tone....I have undone all the wiring and started from scratch. Everything is wired correctly and the power light is solid but the phone light keeps flashing.The third light is flashing. I have done a reset and power down twice but to no success.
I have no way to call in for assistance except by cell phone and I haven't been able to carry on a conversation with tech support!

Thank you for making the new post. Could you provide me the model of ATA device you have connected? In the meantime I will run diagnostics on your HughesNet system to make sure we are properly detecting your ATA.

I was able to refresh your phone line and the IP address for your phone service and do see that it is communicating properly with the HughesNet modem. Please ensure that your handset base has proper power and your handsets are charged, then try your phone again.
