Howdy. Our hughesnet phone drops calls regularly. When this happens the 'phone' light on the puck is flashing. The quick fix is to reboot, but that seems to be a temp solution.
I am hoping there is a better fix for this.
This is probably something the reps will have to check for you when they're back next week. Have you tried calling the customer service line, though? They might be able to help too and they're on 24/7.
