The email address shown in "MY ACCOUNT" is obsolete. I tried to correct by clicking on the edit block and entiering the updated address but it does not save. Suggestions?
If it's not saving the info, it's probably something the reps will have to help with. They'll be back on Wednesday, as they have Tuesday off, as well.
There's not really much troubleshooting that can be done when it comes to something like this, or at least not any that I'm aware of.
