Great problem solver for Hughsnet. Get rid of the company ceo and get a new one. A real person that is willing to see their mistakes and fix them. I have been trying to get help with my super slow internet and there is no one that will help! I don't pay a monthly fee to fix your internet!! You get paid and I get screwed!! I would rather have Excede atleast I get to talk to someone and they try to help. Hughsnet hides behind all the lies they tell you to get you signed up. It takes some pretty lowdown thieves like hughsnet to lock you into a high speed contract that is slower than a snail then wont let you out of contract because they are making mega bucks by ripping off the public! I am a very unhappy customer that should be let out of contract without being fined for not liking slow internet!!
