slow performance

I seem to have the exact same problem as  sopohomore from the beginning have been on many chats with no improvement asked for a tech and was told i'd have to pay $125 dollars plus whatever the tech wanted to charge I am seriously thinking of closing this account and going somewhere else I am tired of was
