If you don't have an account, you should create one and then post the link to your MyResults page.  All tests should be manual, 25MB down and 4MB up. 

Keep in mind satellite internet is slower than other forms of internet, as the signal must travel thousands of miles between the satellite and your location.  So, yes, it's going to be lower than terrestrial internet averages.
