In Upstate NY, system status says the satellite receive status is down (11.2.2) and the satellite transmit status is down (12.2.1). Also, TCP acceleration is down and a couple other have warning indicators. Satellite is EchoStar19 and Beam ID is 52. Weather clear here. Any ideas on how to proceed? Thank you.
