You must call 866-347-3292 to cancel your service, please remember that you must return your Hughesnet Modem, Power Brick, and Radio located on the dish when you cancel service, otherwise you will face additional fees.
As mentioned by C0RR0SIVE above, the only way to cancel services is for the account holder to call us at 1-866-347-3292 and speak with our account management team.
NOT TRUE! I INQUIRED over chat and received an email stating I would need to SPEAK with them DIRECTLY.....Not accurate! Today $190 came out of my account without my authority. I was not going to cancel but sure am now! And to top it off, they would not refund the $190 that I never authorized. Terrible customer service....Will never recommend.
