Why can i watch videos, like live video on Facebook, or youtube videos without interuption on my computer using my cell phone as a hotspot, but with Hughesnet, Facebook is impossible to watch, and other videos keep stopping and starting?
You've already started a topic about speed issues.
A couple of things you can try are first, snoozing or turning off the Video Data Saver, and if that doesn't help, reducing the resolution of the stream either with the app or program being used or at the source.
Unfortunately, a lot of times the buffering problem can be attributed to system congestion, which tends to be worst in the evenings. When that's the cause, though the reps may be able to try making a few adjustments, sometimes there's not much that can be done, unfortunately.
Once you have data again and are out of FAP, check to see if either of those things help, and if not, the reps can probably take a look at your HughesNet equipment to see if they can do anything to help.
