web acceleration problem

The past several days I've been having problem with loading web pages on most sites I visit.  Facebook and a couple others pop right up as well as emails.  I called tech support twice on it {last case# - 48705895) they pushed a couple buttons and said it was fixed...NOT.  I played around and turned off web acceleration and have no problem loading any site.  Has Hughes done a software change to their acceleration client/server?

Welcome to the community and thank you for posting. We can certainly help. I pulled up your account and I see you're on the HT1000 model modem. We want to be sure we're evaluating your system with the latest equipment so I'll send you a complimentary HT1100 modem, which is our latest model. You can use the same box it ships in to send back your old modem. Let us know if you see any improvement after the modem swap. If not, we'll continue to troubleshoot.

Also, please confirm that the dish is free from obstructions and that the coaxial cable is securely connected on both ends: at the dish (if easily accessible) and on your modem.
