Welcome to the community and thank you for posting. We can certainly help. I pulled up your account and I see you're on the HT1000 model modem. We want to be sure we're evaluating your system with the latest equipment so I'll send you a complimentary HT1100 modem, which is our latest model. You can use the same box it ships in to send back your old modem. Let us know if you see any improvement after the modem swap. If not, we'll continue to troubleshoot.
