Where/how do find my service start date? When does my first year expire so would be charged at the full rate.
You can view it on your invoices on the HughesNet myAccount site.
Sign into the HughesNet My Account site, click the "My Bill" tab, then click on either "Current Invoice" or "View" for one of the previous invoices. On the invoice that pops up you'll see "Customer Since: ..." in the Account Summary box.
Alternatively, if you're looking for when an upgrade took place to see when the discount with the upgrade will end (like upgrading to Gen5 from a previous service), you can look through your previous invoices to see when there was a price change.
