Hello, My voip service has been very spotty, with calls being dropped at any given time until this morning. I was on a call with my doctor when the line went silent. I was able to power-cycle the InnoMedia ATA box and was able to make a phone call, but a minute later the phone service would not work at all and give a busy signal. When people from outside tried calling me, they got a message that I was not picking up the call. I tried to call customer support and the line was hang up on me because you are "experiencing high call volume". Can someone help me troubleshoot the issue? This phone line is the only way I can connect to outside world and a must in the current situation when everyone is in isolation staying at home.
