It's really worse. These guys have a nasty of racket going. After being on the line for an hour I was greeted by a real person who asked the reason for my call. As soon as I said I wanted to cancil she responded that she did not hear my voice and hung up!
This is the SECOND time that has happened. The first time we actually began the process by the person from Hughes saying she was going to do something. At which time the call was dropped.
