All of my lights on this modem except for system and power are blinking. Is this normal? We have had poor internet and have all had it for less than 2 weeks. Not getting a good start with Hughes. I called and was told everything looked fine on that end. But everything is obviously not fine. Got to do better than this. We pay for the highest package available bc I work from home. And my VPN is off. Please advise.
