Once I got hold of a technician my problem was solved quickly and effectively, but I had a little bit of trouble getting through to a person to solve my problem. I had trouble getting through to a person in technical support because I didn't have the right number to call. Once I got that number I had to try three times before I was able to get through to Hughes Net because it was patching through to the previous company that had that number. Once I got through to the technician, he was able to solve my problem quickly and efficiently.
