Since you are an expert in all areas of computer technology, perhaps you could be a little more helpful. I am surprised you are still allowed to "help" on this forum. And, yes, the complaints are labeled as problems. There are some lazy Americans as you say; however, the majority of Americans want the best for themselves and their families and are willing to work for it. When they spend their hard-earned money on a product and are promised certain things, they expect to receive them. And as for the quote from Mark Twain, maybe you should apply it to yourself.

Lude? I think you meant lewd. The history of a company doesn't matter when the day to day operation is below par. If you look at all the comments they have a single thread..."we were lied to". When one expects a certain level of operation and gets something entirely different, it is their right to complain. The complaints are already labeled "problem"; therefore, you can tell the "haters" and avoid them. Your description of legitimate complaints is unbelievable. In this country, at the moment, we have freedom of speech. The first amendment protects that.
