I had Hughesnet installed last week with the expectation of my wife being able to use it to work remote. My wife even asked the sales person on the phone if Hughsnet could be used for video conferencing, and the person stated "Yes." So today I received a call from my wife stating the internet (WIFI) is taking forever to load, and was better off using her Hot Spot on her 3G phonble e. I did a few speed test, and discovered the speeds were far from 15MB! This is not what I'm paying $100+ per month for. The router is a new Netgear R6300. Is there something that needs to be tweeked to get the speed up? The cable is new and weather is clear. I have seen where other have had the same problem.
