Our internet has been down since yesterday, almost 30 hours. We have been having problems with it going down most afternoons. Of course when I report it everything is back to normal. It's raining today so it wouldn't be any use trying to talk with them today. They will just blame it on the weather. I wish they would put something on the website to let customers know when and where there are outages. I just want to know if the problem is on my end or theirs.

Our internet has been down since 5:30 AM Monday (5/20). I have called customer service at least once, sometimes twice a day since then. I keep getting the same scripted answer as to why it's down. Something to do with Midland, TX. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

I was told by customer service around 10 this morning that there is a weather related issue with a satellite. Ours has been out since around 7:30 am.
