Hello, Does anyone know about an outfit called PC Smart Care? 3 years ago I used them to allegedly “fix” a router problem I had, charging me $149. They claim to be the troubleshooting entity working with Hughes Net. Whether they fixed anything I don’t know. Now they are coming back claiming I have a problem with my computer and they can fix it. My computer has been working just fine and I have no interest to have them fiddle with it again. Has anyone ever had an experience like this? Hello everyone, Perhaps someone could help me solve a problem. For a number of weeks I noticed a drain on my data allowance when my computer is offline. Could receiving photos via email attachment cause this drain? How much data does a large size photo use? Thanks Cordially, Erwin E Maruna

Thanks for all your replies. My download settings on iSkySoft are at 360p which is quite satisfactorily for me. Normally a 90 min film would use about 500 MB. Lately it’s much higher with no apparent reason since I have done this before and have not experienced this erratic fluctuation.
