We signed up about 4 months ago and the first month was great we had plenty of data left over, which is what I had planned on. The second month our data was gone the first week and we were not even home. I called them and the guy treated me like I'm crazy. My husband called two days later and talked to someone else and they said we probably need a new box and they gave us Bach our data which was gone the next day. We called last night and they would not help us because he said we needed to pay the bill first before he would help us. HELLO, THEY TAKE THE PAYMENT AUTOMATIICALLY. so not happy is there someone out there that can help us???????
