I have a Lorex LH041 camera system with its own DVR. This system records everything 24 hours day and night. This system was connected to My DVR via HughesNet internet for remote alerts and viewing. It was working fine. However, now that I have upgraded to the HN premium service, with the integrated modem/Router, I can no longer connect remotely via my Iphone or any other device for that matter. After considerable research and technical digging on my own, I have found there is an issue with an open port on the Modem to accommodate the Lorex DVR. I called HughesNet support and Lorex Support and spent hours on this on my own. Sorry to say but the support services just kept blaming each other and were not able to help… How can this be resolved?
